EASY EGG NOG REFRIGERATOR PIE

Well, it is almost that magical and special time of year again. As you get older, Christmas time rolls around faster and faster each year. I have almost finished my Christmas shopping. However, I still have to pick up last minute items for those special goodies I bake each Christmas. I could never slide by without making my Easy Egg Nog Refrigerator Pie. Many things occupy my time and so I have to find shortcuts and the quickest way to do things. I love easy to make recipes. This one is wonderful. Try it and let me know what you think.

1 box French Vanilla instant pudding mix

thick and creamy eggnog for the pudding instead of milk

TINY pinch of nutmeg

Dash of imitation rum or brandy

1 tub of Cool Whip

1 graham cracker crust

Make the pudding using the thick and creamy egg nog in a large mixing bowl. Add that TINY pinch of nutmeg and a dash of imitation rum or brandy flavoring. Fold in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Blend well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Frost with the remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight (if you can wait that long:). Enjoy!
